Everything was fine, I recommend. I appreciated that the hotel was ideal and fairly clean. It was in a prime location only a short distance to a jewish community center. This property was in a very very nice area. The service was very efficient during all my fun stay.

A really warm hotel. Both the hotel and the staff made us feel at home which is the aim of a good hotel. The Marmara Manhattan accomplished that! Will defenitely stay again.
No heat in the bathroom.

I was impressed with the size of the suite and that it had 2 picture windows with different views
The bedding (sheets and pillows) could have been of higher quality, as well as the mattress. The framed picture in the dining area was ok but the one in the living room was tacky (and cheap)

Convenient location near a 24-hour supermarket, just across the street from 42nd Street and close to major museums 🏛️.

Spacious, homelike accommodations. Close to subways & good restaurants. Great value for NY.
Exercise room was small, and cigarette smoke drifted in from neighboring rooms.

The location was great. Very easy to access the subway and buses. Please buy a weekly Metropass. It costs $29 and gives unlimited rides for7 days. Well worth buying. And although the traffic is noisy, you get used to it, and it is way worse closer to Times Sq. Saved money being able to cook breakfast, and there are plenty of food places 1 to 5 star close by.
The grouting in the bathroom is very old, and has been glued over several times around the bath. This is really unsightly and a bit of mildew on the shower grouting needs to be fixed.

Staff was great, location perfect, quiet but close to the metro. Room nice and very clean, we booked a studio but we were upgraded to a suite. Very good stay!
Works for the metro in the street just close to the hotel were a little bit noisy.

The suites were really quite nice. Not high end luxury (unless you're in the Penthouse, I suppose), but tastefully neutral, lots of natural light, a balcony, and equipped kitchen.
There are small things (stains on the hallway carpets, unfinished trim in the suites, etc) that are a bit disappointing at first if you're expecting luxury, but once you get accustomed it's all fine.
